To ensure successful pickup, please follow these placement guidelines: Place your tote behind the curb or at the end of your driveway Have your tote out by 4:00 AM on your scheduled pickup day Position the lid opening facing the street Allow at least 5 feet of space between your tote and any mailbox, vehicle, or other obstruction If you have multiple totes, place them at least 5 feet apart Our trucks use a side-load
