Residential Tote REMINDER

Hello!

As we continue to grow I wanted to send a REMINDER!!!

To ensure successful pickup, please follow these placement guidelines:

• Place your tote behind the curb or at the end of your driveway

• Have your tote out by 4:00 AM on your scheduled pickup day

• Position the lid opening facing the street

• Allow at least 5 feet of space between your tote and any mailbox, vehicle, or other obstruction

• If you have multiple totes, place them at least 5 feet apart

Our trucks use a side-loading arm that is operated by the driver from inside the cab using a joystick and camera system. This allows for quicker, safer service and helps us continue offering competitive pricing. This keeps our employees from jumping in and out of the truck on busy roads, and minimizes physical strain.

Proper placement helps us service your stop quickly and avoid missed pickups.

Please understand that as we grow, pick-up time may change. While your pick-up day may remain the same, the time may be earlier or later in the day. We start at 4am and trucks are back to our office by 2pm.
